Payment Policy

Full payment is required in order to confirm the booking. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed and the customer has received the official booking confirmation by email.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made on the same day of the experience. If an experience cannot take place due to extreme weather conditions, safety reasons, force majeure, or operational issues, we will offer either an alternative date or a full refund.

Any non-refundable third-party costs, such as pre-booked entrance tickets, special reservations, private tastings, or external supplier fees, may be excluded from the refund where applicable.
